[OOC: Jean Morris is a NPC who some of you on the Silvana might know. He's a seaman who works mostly alongside the mechanics with a little technical skill of his own. As for the message, a casual listener will conceed that while it sounds an awful lot like Seragillo, there's a small chance it could be someone else. Someone with really good hearing, or who's been trained to know what to look for, will realise it's definitely his voice, but it's been cut and spliced from various audio messages that Gin's been recording since he came aboard.]
