I'm Rich!
I had probably the best birthday I've had in a while! I'm so glad I got to spend it with my friends and just have fun. It might've helped that I won some money too. :P
So sunday night, I was supposed to have people over for poker at my parents house at 6:00, but only Erin Mary and Steve had showed up by 6:30, so we sat for a bit, and eventually Rose, Travis, Kevin, Joe, Nate, Robert, Nick and Leah showed up, and we had ourselves a grand ol' Texas Hold'Em Tourney. It was cool, not a large amount of money given away, because I wanted emphasis to be on hanging out and having fun, instead of making a bunch of money. I won! Although some people *cough*Erin*cough* like to remind me every time I say that that Steve may or may not have let me win, I did have the upper hand on him by the time he did. So that was cool. I came out $15 ahead by the end of that night. I had a blast just hanging out with everybody. After a while, it was just me, Erin, Nick and Joe, so we watched the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, then they all went their seperate ways. Hella coo.
Then, on monday night, Erin, Joe, Stephen and I went up to Gold Country Casino with my dad. They didn't check our ID's the entire night. I could've gone three days ago and they wouldn't have noticed that I wasn't 18! But anyways, the first slot machine I sat down at quadrupled the $5 I put into it! That was a nice way to start the night. So then we walk around and find another machine, and I sat down at a Wheel of Fortune machine. I put $5 into it, and within 5 minutes I had already won another $15, so I was a total of $30 up. So I'm about to cash out that machine, when I decided to go a little bit longer. So I keep spinning, this time I'm betting a little bit more than I was before cuz I could afford to, and I get a "Spin." With no clue what's going on, I hit some buttons when it tells me too, spin it when i'm told to, and next thing I know, I won a total of $96 from that machine alone! So at this point I had turned $5 into $115 in about 45 minutes at the casino. It kinda went downhill from there, but long story short I walked out of the building $75 richer than I started. I dunno if I should go back for a while, maybe wait until I've recovered. Naaah, I'll prolly go next weekend.:P
SO that brings me to now. Gonna go see Harry Potter tonight (finally... long story) Talk to you later!

P.S. Bought the new System of a Down CD today... really fucking good. And I got a free shirt. Damn right.
