DAVE FUCKING MATTHEWS BAND. The day I had been waiting for since March had finally arrived. My mom DD'd for us so I took full advantage of that.
We got up to Darien around 1pm, immediately started drinking. I had to dilute my drink twice because I had so much bacardi 151 in it that my throat was literally boderline catching on fire. Smoked way more than I probably should have. Matt showed up around I couldn't even tell you what time, so I continued to drink with him & then smoke some more. Rachel, Speedy, Katie, John & Pilch roll up around 5ish and everything goes downhill from there. Took 2 shots with them and then walked around with Kelly for probably a solid hour. Met Katie & all of Katie's friends. Katelyn, MEG, Jones and I forget the other friend [sorry]. That was a good time. Saw Ryan Deuels like 7 times. Good effing man right there. Saw a TON of Donia people. Talk about random. Chiv, SamSamtheBam, Dave Dinolfo, Matt Barney, John Harrington, Savannah, Karly Sawicki, Chantal, Dayna, Val - basically half the town right there. Don't really remember a whole lot on the night. I kissed a 40 year old man in front of his wife. I also smoked up in front of fucking RENT-A-COPS and I got Matt's piece taken away. I ended up being so drunk that all I really remember is hearing Dave open with The Stone and being really fucking pumped about it. Don't remember any of the songs inbetween The Stone and Two Step. I only remember Two Step because everybody started crying because of Bridget. Definitely a memorable moment. I really do miss her, my last dave show was with her @ Burgettstown last year. It's tough. I guess my stupid drunk ass ended up passed out in the lawn which is why I don't remember. bahaaa. I seriously had one of the greatest times of my life though and I would not change one thing on the night as a whole. I love DMB & I love my friends and there's nothing more I wanted to do than share the best band ever with the best friends ever. ♥
It's vague because I don't remember much of the night from being so intoxicated but I'm sure you've gathered that I had a good time. :)
A lot has changed. I'd say I'm happy with it as a whole. Mehhh. <3
