When Japan gets there Seifer's going to be in the process of leaving and making his way towards the hospital because he'll be damned if he doesn't get his chip out before he does anything else in Discedo. It's just... very slow going making it towards the hospital because, yeah, injuries, blood, did I mention he looks like a hobo- totally the kind of thing that'll make Japan worry less.]

INITIAL REACTION is a face of horror because 1, wtf did you do, fall off a cliff onto a dried out lakebed of jagged rocks and still flopping piranha. And then 2, wow that jerk hung up on me to hobble towards the hospital, how efficient.
Okay but really he just sort of pauses, and then runs over, staring and sort of extending his arms in a sort of ready-to-help movement.]

Anyways he has to stop at that. And laugh. It's a low, quiet laugh and his shoulders shake with it even as he presses a fist to his forehead. There's something very wrong with it though. It's not a happy laugh. It's not even a mocking one. There's an angry abandon to it that's surprising and he ends it by drawing in a sharp breath and letting it out in a short growl from between clenched teeth. What a stupid question.
He slashes his gunblade through the air and finally looks at Japan. Or looks right through him more to speak. Seifer's usual self-assured confidence is lacking, instead seething savagery.]
What do you want Japan.

He blinks at the reaction, raises his hand in a sort of defeated manner and stands back. After a few days of just breathing without hiding under his blanket, and probably some idle chat with Holland, he's. Well, he's stable. He's also more observant, with less distractions, and he's back to the straight-faced silent observer he used to be.
So he stares at Seifer for a moment, just a small frown on his face before he speaks.]
To be of assistance.

Seifer just stares back. Out of all the times... now Japan wants to be of assistance. Now. Assistance to what? Seifer doesn't even know. This is like some bad joke. He can't do it anymore.]

Playing? I do not understand. You are injured. You hung up when I called you. And you look-- I am not sure what happened, but perhaps you can tell me on the way to the hospital..

Seifer just makes a small frustrated sound. Always so damn slow on the uptake. Just like everyone else. Why now. This isn't the time he wants to deal with this. Why.
At the mention of the hospital though he starts walking again. Right past Japan.]

...And so it matters now? [A pause and he thinks. Both realizing his sword is thankfully at his hip just in case, and thinking HOW TO AVOID CONFLICT. Because that is always a nice thing to think about.

[He says this a little quietly, because he's trying to figure out what Seifer means by that. Follow. He thinks he might know, but he'd rather think about it before addressing it directly.
