leaving town
So I'm sitting in my car in the rain in Middlebury, about to leave for a 10 hour drive to Pittsburgh. I am sad, and also excited, and also hungry. My laptop battery is dwindling. I am really excited about this project but also will miss Becca, and all my friends here. Leaving is hard. Last night we had an amazing warm nignt walking around a country road surrounded by fireflies.
I've left the place I've lived many times. This might be the first time I've ever left home. I'll miss you, Vermont! Even though I will be back so soon...
