Ok, lets get this started..
it's been quite a long while since I've written in this thing, and I suppose it has also been quite a journey.
Man, I wish I could say that through every part of my life I learned the exact lesson I should have, but I haven't.
I walk away broken from so many situations and think late about what I could have done different. I think my new mission is to stop always blaming myself in EVERY situation. Sometimes things aren't meant to be and aren't supposed to work, no matter how hard we try and want them to.
I will wait for the perfect one, even if it takes several hundred almost perfect-but-not-quite-there guys to get to him. I am a strong believer that there is more than just ONE perfect person for everyone, but there are many likely reasons a person will never meet more than one, or even a single person that is absolutely perfect for them.
Now, when I say perfect person, I suppose it is a relative term. That person is perfect because they are willing to be a team. Willing to go through bad things, good things and everything in between. Love is extremely important, but so is tolerance, team work, communication and the ability to compromise. I believe that the perfect person is all of these things.
I hope that I can be that person for someone else as well.
