please pray that this depression will end...

i have been feeling all crappy again, and this depression has been going constant for four years now. and i just cant take it anymore. im scarred of what will happen. i dont know what to do. im scared. please just pray that i find something to keep my mind off things, and keep my hands and head busy. thank you.
