i can't tolerate this. whatever happened to civic leaders being thoughtful, well-spoken figures?
Palin said: "It was an unfair attack on the verbiage that Sen. McCain chose to use because the fundamentals, as he was having to explain afterwards, he means our work force, he means the ingenuity of the American people. And of course, that is strong and that is the foundation of our economy."
"Certainly AIG though, with the construction bonds that they're holding and with the insurance that they are holding very, very impactful for Americans, so you know the shot that has been called by the Feds - it's understandable but very, very disappointing that taxpayers are called upon for another one," she said.
verbiage? impactful? she's unable to complete a single sentence without taking gross liberties with the very broad grammar of english. as though we haven't seen enough of this in the last eight years.
while i understood the intent, i had to look up verbiage. the first definition:
a profusion of words usually of little or obscure content
oh sarah, how appropriate and witty, and you haven't the slightest idea.
looks like an cheap aging porn star and as dumb as a brick, albeit one imbued with all the hypocritical righteousness of a christian televangelist. awesome. just what we all need.
[abe lincoln, where are you now?]
