another great bush moment
Well you see Pres. Bush went and put F.E.M.A(Federal Emergency Management Agency) under the home land security agency umbrella as a way of saving money. Only problem with this change was, that because it is no longer it's own individual intity it must wait untill after anything happens to take action. In this situation it had to wait untill have the hurricane hit before they could send troups, start getting people, setting up extra protection for building and everything. I want to thank Pres. Bush again for putting money and the economy over peoples lives.
