"Ok." I said rubbing my hands together, surveying the carefully created surroundings. "I've got the candles." I said smiling to birthday candles in a clump held together by a rubber band, and then lighted. "I've got the mood music." I said nodding, as the Best of the Backstreet boys warbled from my crackling speakers. "I've got the super-sexy meal for two." I smiled adjustign the position of the pizza box and napkins(plus snapple). "And, last, but not least. The movie to get us," I grinned. "All hot and bothered." I threw the rental box labeled Sound Of Music, on the couch. I stood back one more time making sure everything was picture perfect, when there was a knock.
I hurridly ran past the broken full length mirror on the wall, I was dressed in a bright red, and blue sweater, and beige, black, and brown plaid pants. I smiled, and nodded to my reflection, before rushing to the door. "Hi!" I said, with a large oafish grin stretching from ear, to large goofy ear.
I immediately buried my hand deep with in my pockets, the spot behind my ears flaring a bright pink. "I got us a little food, music, candles, and movie...nothing big." I looked up, noticing her clothes. "Wow, you look...like a girl." I said with a smile. "Now's when i stop talking." I said moving out of the way of the door to let her inside.
