Apartment news..
Tim, our landlord called yesterday to let us know that he's selling the building. Which could go either way. It could be ok, the person he sells it to might just want it as an investment. They might be a great person who will still fix things if anything goes wrong. Or, we could get a total asshole who won't do anything. That'll probably double the rent in July when they have the ability to do so, may even buy it so he can live in it. Who knows..
I guess I shouldn't be worrying until maybe around May-June since our lease won't be up until July. It just sucks. Tim was such a great landlord. Any problems, he'd be over in 15 minutes or he'd send someone over within 15 minutes. That never happens with a landlord. Boo.
Aside from that I've been having breathing problems since yesterday morning. I feel like I'm not getting enough air. I don't want to go to the dr/hospital so I'm hoping it just goes away.
