Bribing/throwing money into the equation will get you better resolutes.
Today at 3 when I was suppose to go home, Wayne (boss man aka man with Porsche) wanted to have a little meeting with Me, John, Frank and Rob. He was telling us how we're really behind and how the new people aren't doing as well as we'd all hoped for. He said we had to get 17 jobs out by Friday. He then mentioned that he was putting $1500 in the pot if we could do it. It was going to be around $130 each, which is good but didn't do much for me. He was going to split it with us, and the other image matchers. (slow new ones who aren't doing so great) We then talked him into just having the four of us split the $1500. A total of $375 in my pocket if we can get the 17 jobs out by Friday.
I did two hours overtime today. And I'll be doing more tomorrow and Friday. I definitely didn't want to be the one to lose the money for us by not staying and doing overtime. I don't want that guilt. So we'll see how it goes...
