Four day weekend!!
My baby's birthday was Friday. :) I surprised her with an awesome cake, balloons and presents! WeeEe! :) I hope she had a great birthday. We're going to see The Fray in June!
My four day weekend is coming to an end and that's definitely sad since work makes me entirely too mad everyday. We're back on this overtime kick where we have to work an extra hour or two a day AND come in on Saturdays. I don't think so. Once I have my apartment I won't be able to work for free, no way. I do an hour extra every day but I won't do Saturday. I did a few and that's enough.
This weekend was fun. It was full of tennis, baseball, bowling, boxing and golf. I've been sore all weekend. I did all of those things right here in my room with my awesome new entertainment, Nintendo Wii. It's definitely the coolest game system ever. You actually get to play the sports games. Maybe I'll lose weight playing it.
I didn't do much packing or cleaning except for today. I went through one of my disastrous closets. I found a lot of old pictures, report cards and even my orignal nintendo. :) I also threw out a lot of crap that I saved for some reason.
The highlight of my weekend had to be when I threw a beer can at my dad. (It only hit his leg.) That was pretty fun, especially since it exploded and sprayed him. Jerk. I should have threw it at his head. I wish he'd be the dad he was when I was little but I realize now that that will never happen and I should just let it go. I just don't want to go to his funeral next. My coworker's husband's funeral was pretty sad. :( They all seem to be doing pretty well though. I'm sure it's extremely hard for them. Having a dad choose drugs over you is a hard thing to handle, especially the way it ended for them.
Well I'm gonna go clean up the mess I made from cleaning out my closet before Rachel comes home and yell at me. lol :-p Hope everyone had a good weekend.
