Greatest Valentine's Day ever. I thought my plans were going to get messed up because of the snow/ice but they didn't. I didn't have work either! Wohooo! We both had off. After I found out I had off I couldn't get back to sleep so I cleared my car off since my brother was out there clearing my moms car off. It took a while because there was a thick layer of ice. My remote start helped though. I started it and let it sit for a few minutes so it would melt the ice a little bit. It was still pretty thick. I drove slowly to get my baby around 10, good thing she only lives on the other side of Sharon Hill. ;)
We got to my house safe and sound. We exchanged gifts then took a nap. It was nice :)
My original plan was to order curbside to go from Ruby Tuesdays because that's our place and I was going to pick it up on my way home from work. (I was only supposed to have an hour to spend with her before she had to go to school) Then I was going to set up my room for a little indoor picnic.
It almost went as planned except that I had to let Rach know I was getting us dinner from there. She sat in my livingroom while I set the room up. She had no idea what I was doing. I put a blanket down, got out the cute little picnic basket I had,
her last present (the red rose) and I hung up little pictures I drew. One was fireworks, and the others were just scenery. (Trying to make it like we were outside..haha) I also plugged in my christmas lights that I have around my room.
We picked up the food and came up to my room for the picnic. She was really happy. We had a good time. :)
It was a great day! The best Valentine's Day ever. I'm the luckiest person alive to have her. Now I'm going to go sleep and cuddle with my huge soft frog my baby got me. :)
I hope everyone had a great day!
