Ok so last week didn't go so well.
No matter.
This week is better-ish.
And Nano is totally approaching in 6 days.
And I don't know why I'm writing like this.
This week, I managed to get a clearer version of the ending, cause before it was like BLARG, but now it's like OH OK :D. So that helps. But I realized the key to making this book not a lame and cliche war love story/suspense novel : tone and context. That is ridiculously important in a piece of historical fiction. I've never written historical fiction before.
My main characters are as clear as day to me, now. The only work will be making sure details are correct, things are consistent, but that's the sort of work you have to do with every story.
So yeah. Next Sunday's post will be on the cusp on Nano. DUN DUN DUN :D I'm excited.
