I played around with the color on some of my favorite shots of Cook. I also uploaded all of my photos in an album
HERE. Please feel free to take a look :) I was close to Neal's side of the stage, so I managed to get a few of him.
Ryan Star, David's opening act. I enjoyed him! And I got my picture with him after the show (see below)! And he replied to my Twitter message, buah ha *feels important*
YAY!
All in all it was an awesome experience. I doubt I'll ever be able to be that close to Cook again for a show. It was my first time in a sea of people for a concert, though. Gotta say I'm not a fan. It was about four billion degrees in a sardine can of a venue with a zillion pushy, insane cougars. I nearly had a panic attack. I was also shorter than practically everyone in the audience b/c I'm so frickin' vertically challenged, so I had to keep peering around people to find my Cook viewage window ;)
My little brother came with me. I don't think he knew what he was getting in to, LOL. He was sort of making the O_O face at all of the crazies around us.
But yeah, David and the band were, of course, incredible. It was their last show before a two-week break, so I think they were in pretty high spirits.
David didn't come out after the show :\ But I doubt I would have even been able to get anywhere near him with all of the pushy people. I seriously don't have the temperament to handle that crap. *sigh* Oh well. Maybe another time. I at least have my awesome signed Idol program from last summer *huggles it*
Oh yes, and set list for anyone who's interested...
