Went for a jog (or a sprint) late last night.
I have got flat-feet & I hate to run. Even standing for a prolonged period is painful.
So, I only jog when there is a need to: -
either IPPT is coming or when I need to clear my head..
It was one of the reasons yesterday night & I went for a quick sprint around the estate.
Halfway through, I regretted wearing the prestos (right foot ached like mad & the laces were driving me crazy!!)
Cut the run short.. came back SATISFIED!!!
Is effort measured by perspiration? If it is.. it was a truly satisfying run!
