Mother's day.

I knew today would be hard. I prepared myself, just like I did on Christmas, and on your birthday. But I remember last year... I took you shopping for shoes for the wedding. We went downtown to the farmer's market and found that couture store. You fell in love w/a pair of shoes and I bought them for you. You refused to wear them until the wedding. They sit now in a box in my closet... never been worn.

I miss you so much.

I'm going to spread some of your ashes tonight. The rest I am saving for when we take the trip to Italy that you always wanted to go on.
