Unepected TG is Unexpected
So, I was in my Illustration 4 class today, and we had a crit and got a new assignment. Apparently, we are having a guest artist from London come in next week, and he got to make up the assignment so that he can crit it when he comes.
Basically, we each got 2 words at random, and we have to write a 25 word story using those 2 words as the title. And then we have to draw an illustration based on that.
I got the words "Contagious Raincoat", and my mind turned that into something about people in a convertible and it starts raining, and I've since decided that it's basically an excuse for me to draw some kind of gender-swap TG fanart. I didn't write that on there, but that's the plan. What I DID do was write something like "LOL I've been watching too much Top Gear!" on the bottom of the page, and when my teacher, Ulana, came around to look at what I was working on, she was like "OMG Top Gear! The Stig is so awesome!"
It was really odd for a moment, and then we started talking about how awesome the show is, and I suggested some episodes to her. specifically the Africa special, the Vietnam special, and the first American roadtrip ep. Those are all pretty much must-sees.
Then she told me how she saw it over the winter break, when she was IN ENGLAND, and I became very jealous. Yes...
