awe tonite was fun!
katie, shelley, and i went out and about...
to java jazz and then IHOP!
we saw a summer failed, and i got to talk to "mister blue eyes"
haha i will just call him that, bc i like his eyes. (they remind me of bens) so neways... we saw them and b-team starter play.
Katie is getting good at getting stuff for free and cheap! hehe
she got a 5 dollar cd for 2!!!so we are goin to share the cd. i am sooo proud, i have raised you well! haha.
Well, a summer failed was good tonite and... i had never heard b team starter, but i think they are pretty good too!!! both bands are SOOO NICE! and it was cool to get to talk with them.
then at IHOP we ran into some of our school friends, they were "a little" drunk... haha VERY DRUNK! it was pretty funny actually, but kinda sad too.
neways... then on the way home katie and i put in the "Passion" worship cd... it is SOOO TIGHT! i love it, we sat in her driveway and worshiped for a while. then i got in my car, but it wouldnt start. i sat there for like 5 minutes and it refused to start! i was gettin soooo frusterated... but stopped to talk to GOD, when i was done praying... i turned the key and IT STARTED! i love it! thank you SOOO MUCH GOD! hehe little things make me smile. neways...
so then i got home and talked to mister blue eyes and katie online for a while. mister blue eyes read my journal... and i felt pretty bad about saying his band wasnt that good earlier... neways... let me clarify, i think his band is good, i think the recording of his voice on the cd is a little whiny... that is all! they are actually a pretty talented emo band! :)
so yeah, mister blue eyes, i will be praying for you as you make your decisions about your music and as you go on your mission trip! i know yall will have a blast! it was nice meeting and talking with ya.
