Mike & I are the proud owners of this new home!!! Click the photo for pictures of the inside. It needs a little paint & landscaping, but it's the perfect place for us. I'm extremely excited!!! We need to pack & get out of here by the end of the month. I never thought in a million years that we would be homeowners :)

OH. MY. SWEETJEEBUS.

I love it! I love the rounded archway doorways - those are so retro-cool. And is the dining room still that color? It's nice ^_^ I've always wanted a red room in my house. The workshop area in the garage is awesome too, and the sunroom, and the fireplace, and...! ^_^ Great buy.

P.S. I'd love to see the floorplan layout if you've got plans.

Thanks so much!! Next week we're going in & painting every room. I liked the dining room color in the pictures, but it looks a little sloppy in person. They even painted the ceiling & the inside of the rounded doorway the same dark red. I'm not sure what colors we're doing. I know the kitchen will be a nice buttery yellow & the breakfast nook will be red. I've always been partial to yellow kitchens. You can't tell from the pics, but the nook has a table & bench chairs that fold down from the wall!! I don't have a layout or anything, I only have these pics cause I snagged them from the realtor's site. I finally get to have plants & a room specifically for the plants!!!! Now the kitties can't eat them up :)

We can't have plants at all right now. Maggie is especially bad about eating them up. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to have any low to the floor in the sunroom. Peanut has taken a liking to the huge front window & the squirrels that frolic in the front yard. I had planned on leaving the doors to that room closed, but I want her to be able to look out of the window. The animals are banned from our bedroom when we move in. I'm sick of hairy sheets & pillows. I come home & find them burrowed up in the covers or hugged up to the pillows.
