19: Celebration
[Tonight, Naoya will be at the bar. Nope, he's not bothering to hide tonight. Batman, Patchy, anyone else who hates him? He's fairly stalkable tonight. When you do see him at the bar, he's got a glass of scotch, and he looks quite lost in thought.
It's someones birthday today. Not that it matters, because he's had so many at this point. That could be why he's drinking.]
[OOC: Naoya's a scorpio, but 11/13 isn't his canon bday. But I derped and was on hiatus, and that was right in the middle of the Halloween event so....hope this is OK. Also, I won't be around to tag till tomorrow night (saturday night), but I'll be on the entire night after that ♥. I'm also up for whatever in this post!]
