I'm selling my black and white Omega enlarger. I bought it for about $325 and spent about another $100 or so for a digital enlarger and accessories. I have everything you need to build your own darkroom accept paper chemistry (mine has expired). The lot includes enlarger, digital timer, easel with rulers, paper, filters, trays, tongs, measuring containers for chemistry, safelight, squeegy, glass easel for making contact prints, a darkroom book, and a lot of other small accessories.
