(no subject)
Today was 99% awesome.
End of the year art show happened, my students' artwork showed at the local art college along with a lot of other student work from around the city, I was so proud =,] my students made some incredible films!!
Also at the art show, there were tents outside running activities -- there was bubble blowing, and clay you could mess around and making things with, and there was chalk to draw all over everything, and there was face painting, and there was a HULA HOOP CONTEST, and yeah I did all of those things, all of them. SO FUN!
I did not win the Hula Hoop contest but I stayed in the game for a damn long time, I was awesome! In fact we were all doing so well, coulda gone all day, so the judge ordered us all to start standing on one leg and that is when I lost it. XD;
It was really hot so I also rested my feet in the fountain XD that felt soooooooo goooooood
then I went and had pizza with my biological brother and sister, and the 1% of the day that wasn't awesome is that they were kind of terrible about coordinating, they texted me saying we should meet at 5, but then 5 came around and they hadn't bothered to text me that they were running late, so I'm just sitting there wondering where they are??? and texting and calling them until they finally reply at 5:15.
But the pizza was really tasty ♥ and while I was waiting for them I sketched this (threw some flat colours on it when I got home):
I don't ship these two at all but I've read some really really good Dave♠Karkat, and even some amazingly tasty Dave♥Terezi♥Karkat. Personally I just like them to yell at each other platonically, not even ♣ with someone else, and certainly not ♦, just cannot stand each other the old fashioned human way. XDb

then I came home and wrote fanfic
that huge ass Homestuck fic I am working on is out of control, man.
My prediction is that it will clock in at 30k words?
Oh god please don't be more than 30k.
