Lady Gaga music videos always evoke some manner of emotional response form me, I will give them that. Just watched the one for Alejandro for the first time, man oh man. Torn between being horrified and a bit turned on.
Still haven't watched Paparazzi; a little wary based on what I've heard of that one.
Need to watch the movie 2010 before the year is out.
Attention any Harry Potter fans on the flist!
Two points of interest:
1) I think I need a beta reader for the Harry Potter fanfiction I keep writing. =| If anybody's willing, lemme know?
2) The Remus/Sirius games (rs_games)are drawing to a close; all the fanfics and fanart's been posted, and voting is open for anybody with an lj account! There is a lot of fantastic work. Go vote, especially for Team AU. ♥
Marginally related to those points, I've named my car Remus Lupin, due to its colouring, cosmetic damage, and generally sickly nature. Though the check engine light is no longer on! I am pleased by this turn of events.
Also, being as Lupin lived to see his 37th birthday, and my car is only 9 years old, hopefully this means we can have stay together for many years to come. =]
My Gryffindor scarf is due in the mail sometime before Saturday, hilariously not even a week after Halloween. But, still planning on going to Anime Detour as James, so it'll work out. Also, despite being the biggest Hufflepuff to ever puff, will wear it through the winter. Photos of Halloween Harry Potter cosplay incoming, I promise. And then maybe the past two years' Otakon photos as well.
EDIT: ... does anybody have downloads of the songs for AVPM/AVPS? Supposedly you can download them from the Starkids bandcamp site for free but I can't manage to make it work. Am I suddenly computer illiterate? =|a NEVER MIND, clearly did go momentarily computer illiterate. Solved now.
Definitely need to acquire photoshop somehow, must look into that.
Also need to write more for NaNo. =|a
