The lack of wisdom teeth is still paining me greatly, but other things are looking more upward. I am finished with school, though I have a few things to turn in still, and everything is for the most part done. Jenny's birthday party thing camping faggotry was tonight, and I only say faggotry because it was extremely cold and everyone had to huddle around the fire and it was just very cold. It was nice though because I got to see everyone that I rarely get to see and hopefully will be able to see now that it is shortly going to be summer and whatnot and that will keep me sane.
The worst thing about these painkillers is that they make me extremely sensitive to noise so I find I cannot even listen to music without feeling extremely annoyed and/or headache-like, so of course that only makes me crabbier, being unable to hear the soothing crunches of lovely metals without my temples throbbing... well.
I was supplied with some lovely dramalicious rumors today that make my heart sing again. There are some people who are not happy with what they have but they deal with it because not dealing with it would mean hurting other people.
Then there are the people who can't deal with taking it themselves so they hurt other people. Their friends. Those people... well. I could become one of them myself. But I doubt it. Not now. I'd do anything to avoid it. Perhaps that is why -
"I respect you, Erin. I respect you a lot."
Odd. But I shouldn't get my hopes up because that is never a good thing because I end up never getting what I'm hoping for!
Next big things: Thrifting next Wednesday afternoon in Rhinelander with the guys. I don't know if I want to invite Danny or not. Just me and James and Tyler would be preferable, though Peter will probably come and in that case Danny will be angry if I say nothing about it.
June 4: Graduation.
June 6-7: Orientation in Stevens Point. We will be carpooling with Danny's mom and then my mom will finally meet his mom and I'm sure they'll have a blast talking about nice motherly things like flowers and cleaning the house and birdfeeders and things like that.
That's all that's on my summer itinerary thus far. Sewing needs to be done, as does an acquisition of the 2nd revised American edition boxset (1965) of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Other than that... partypartyparty?
Nah. This summer will hopefully be fun, relaxing, and full of all things crazy, strange, and not of regular caliber. A summer to remember.
