Random Things
Mama has had the tv set to the international news ever since I told her that Sejal and Vishali might have been effected by the tsunami. (I wish there was some way to contact them, but all I have are their school email addresses, and we're getting new servers so that won't be operational again until the 4th.) The footage is absolutely amazing.
I've started the yearly ritual of cleaning out my room after Christmas. I hate doing that so much. I need more space for my books and dvds. I can't do much with my room though until we reorganize the computer room, and we can't start on that today because Mama has a sewing customer coming this afternoon.
The Christmas tree is already down and back in its box in the attic. ;_; The house always seems so empty and colorless the first few days after the decorations come down.
Baby Justn (no, that's not a typo), age 5 months, is here, and Roxey is the happiest dog in the whole world. Her baby came back to her! I was awakened bright and early at 7:30 this morning by the enthusiastic awoowoowoo's that mark the "happy song" of fluffy puppies the world over.
I've somehow managed to misplace the papers I had written snippets from the gift ficlets on. I know of several places that they could be. It's simply a matter of getting to them and going through the stacks of paper. (And, on a related note, artemismoon_san, do you want to edit your request since I didn't get yours done in time for Christmas?)
Another IY fic spoof bunny has popped into my head. They're the damnedest things. I still have to write the lemon cliche fic, and now I've got the beginnings of an idea for Kikyou taking Inuyasha to hell. Except, it won't be happening at dawn after Inuyasha and Kagome have spent a hot and heavy night together as is typical. Oh, no. I have to decide between high noon, some ridiculous specific time (like 3:13 PM), or right now damn it!
