I'm sorry to hear that Elgin has dementia. Last I knew of was when her son died and she and her husband had to move into 'civilization'. I had assumed that perhaps her disappearance from LJ was because she was depressed over the loss and the move. Sad to find that that's not the case.

Constance and Forebearance are one of my favorite parts of the Alexandra Quick series, so now I have to go check out these books!
