Omega comes with an extra head but I'm not a fan of it. Also, the head swapping is a pain as I had to remove the head to put Omega's other parts. If I broke Omega's head peg, there is now way I can replace it. The head peg is not fragile and it's pretty sturdy. It's the repeating head popping might wear it out. I'm not risking it.

Goten and Omega are the best of friends. No, Omega doesn't like to smile in pictures. Wonder what Chi Chi is going to think about this and it's likely that Goku does not care.
