1. sitting in class on thursday
2. computer crashes
3. won't start
4. mike panics
5. mike takes computer to ginza apple store to have technician look
6. technician tells me she has to erase everything and makes mike's computer suck (i.e. downgrade from 10.4 to 10.3)
