Well, I just had breakfast. Odd hours to me are waking up between 3 and 6am. That's the crappiest time of day to wake up. Unless it's an overcast, frosty winter day. Dawn looks amazing through sheets of ice.
I don't really have usual hours. They come and go, like most things. I just sleep when I need it.
From your post, the imagery sounded nice. A place where sunlight belongs. My garden is moon-bound. Not a huge fan of dawn because it's the bringing of sunlight.
Spring is fine, as long as I can sleep through it. I like summer and being able to sprawl about in next to nothing. And winter is great for for things like watching war movies. Autumn is actually quite pretty and i thoroughly enjoy spending 99% of my time inside just so i can peak outside and go "aw, nice."
Naw - summers great! You can lie about in the skimpiest of clothes and sit in front of the fan and bitch about how hot it is and no one ever wants to do anything..its great.

I hate those few moments before dawn.

You hate dawn for the same reason as I -an end of the long dark and the beginning of the painful hideous light.

Painful doesn't begin to describe it. I got dimmers put on my lights because halogens are too bright. ;x
Oh, and being able to post comments on a dark grey/black background rocks my socks. Hail to the S2 LJ styles.

But spring just blows.
