Updating. . .
Well, as you can all tell, I haven't updated in quite some time. Things have been relatively slow these past couple of weeks. Can't say I haven't had fun though.
What to update with...
I've now got Elise on a video game craze. Ever since we got LoTR The Two Towers on PS2, she's been goin' at it whenever she can. I can say it's most amusing. Then I'm busy with Sonic T. Hedgehog. Ohhhh~ the classics! They never get old!
Went to my first "Friday Night Alive" downtown Aurora. Other than it smelling like shit and cigs, I can say it was a lot of fun. It was nice seeing Uli again. ANd hanging out with everyone was great! I like hanging out. I didn't do enough of it in Wisconsin... And that night where all of us were wrestling, hah, that night was great! Sure, I mighta got my butt wooped, but I didn't go down without a fight. And then the other night @ Roz's was great! Got to see everyone again, including Zach and Daniel. It's times like that that I'll treasure forever.
Speaking of hanging out, I hung out with Heidi-chan today while she got ready to back to Peoria. That was fun! I can't believe what I walked off with though. Talk about lucky? I'll get into that later. Anywho, I'll miss Heidi, and will be looking forward to her return!
Heidi's dad gave me a semi-new mother board for a tower computer. Oh boy! Right? I mean, okay, so it's not the fastest one on the market (500 MHz AMD Processor) but at least it's better than what I have sitting in my computer (348 MHz Pent. II Processor) And what's even better, is her father gave me two 512 Mb RAM sticks... That's 1,024 Mb and if it can hold it, I'll add my current 256 Mb to that, to total 1,280 Mb. Over 1 Gig of Memory! That's like, wow! Ya know? So, I'm hoping to find a tower here soon to shred apart and put in all of my computer stuff. If this shit works, I'll be tearing apart the Compaq, and putting all of it's parts into the tower. *drools* Ohhh~
Anywho... I'd say things are going fairly well. Still waiting to find a job here. So far the market hasn't been too nice. But, I'm sure I'll find one here soon enough. Yep, just gotta keep my hopes up, and all should work out in the end. Yeah...
Otherwise, I dunno what else to say. You all know that if I find something else to update with, it'll go in here.
