Looking for a InuKag fanfiction

I used to go by the id of "chibishikonhime" in LJ , 5-6 years back.(this profile had been deleted due to un-use for a long time ) I was following a story on fanfiction.net, but then the author decided to continue her story in LJ. So I was following her story here. The plot was like this- Inuyasha and Kagome had a passion filled night in the feudal era but Inu leaves Kagome for Kikyou / to become a full demon. Kagome goes back to her time and gives birth to twins and starts raising them within he shrine. In the modern time , Sesshoumaru finds out and informs Inuyasha, who then forces Kagome to leave the shrine and make her and the kids to live with him in his mansion. Inuyasha plans to seclude Kagome in a faraway island by confiscating her passport and all, but Kagome becomes aware of his plans via an intercom. Kagome asks Rin ( Sesshoumaru's wife) for help. Rin contacts a miko/witch whom she had saved during feudal era and gives Kagome a choker. When Kagome puts on the choker , Inuyasha tried to touch her and she was overwhelmed with intense pain. Nothing happened if Kagome tried touching Inuyasha though.
Well this is all I can remember. The fanfiction was roughly around 19 chapters. I can't recall the name of the fic or that of the author. I will e grateful if anyone can help me find the story. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you _/\_ _/\_ _/\_
