Searching for a fanfic

I'm looking for a inuyasha/kagome fiction. Adult rating, and post animanga verse. It basically picked up after Kagome's return, everyone's happy, they have a small celebration, Inuyasha's suddenly so quiet and mature to Kagome. He built himself a small house in the village and lives there now since Miroku and Sango got married. Kagome opts to live with him, and they talk to each other and put everything out on the table... among other things...
I remember it being very well written, and very in-character. So if the above vagueness makes any sese to you all lovely comm-ers, please help :)
