And here I thought all music was bad news.
What do you suppose-- would it be more likely the vampires are already in possession of it and are keeping it hidden away, or that it is yet to be uncovered?

Wouldn't it be better to just break it instead of hiding it if you were a vampire and it could be used to kill you?

Maybe it cannot be broken by a member of the undead? I don't know about sparkly magical music stuff. You're the shrine maiden, you tell me.

Oi! Boys can work at shrines too!

And they have humans working for them, some of them aren't even thralled so if it is magicked up and stuff to stop vampires from destroying it, their followers still could.

Unless it's like the one ring to rule them all. And then it needs to be thrown into a volcano at the edge of the earth or something....

......What. Maybe you missed the memo circa the sixth century, but the world is actually round, Shishido.

... read a book that's not about killing vampires, Hiyoshi.

It's just an expression.

If you've been wasting time reading books on jewelry instead of killing vampires, I think I'm entirely justified in calling you a shrine maiden...

I agree with Shishido, if the vampires knew where it was, there is a 98% probability that they'd do their best to destroy it.
