(no subject)
It occurs to me that I haven't really bothered to make a non meme/fic post in like... eleventy billion years or something. Honestly, life has just been kind of crazy, both good and bad.Things are only just now settling enough that I feel like I have time to be consistently social. I am working two jobs, going to school full time, and I have an almost four year old, so my default is kind of insane, unfortunately.
On the upside, the next few weeks should be smoother than usual. I just finished my last final, and my next semester doesn't start until October 1st, so now I can focus on finishing some cosplay for AWA. I am reworking some parts on this costume, and with any luck, i might have time to also finish my automail.
The new job is going really well. If I could ever get enough hours to quit the old job, life would be dandy, but I'll take what I can get. My husband is still job hunting, and he's getting ready to go back to school, so I think I might finagle my way out of the fail job soon.
On a happy note, also I am writing again. I forget how much I love fandom sometimes, but it's nice to be participating again.
At some point, I will manage to make a really real post that isn't rushed and makes some sense. Sadly, I am running out the door to work, so my apologies that this is kind of just a random lump of stuff.
