Packing and Essays and Homework Oh My
Well, I got over halfway before I failed the meme XD. I'm kind of on overload right now, but I'm down to five essays now for school, Big Bang is getting close to finished, and the house is... more packed than it was a few days ago. I'm kind of flip flopping back and forth between being incredibly excited and freaking out over worst case scenarios at this point.
Anyway, here's the last of the meme. I even went and found links to the songs I listed :D
DAY 1: 10 things about you

1. My husband who is equal parts ridiculous and wonderful.
2. My daughter who, for as often as she drives me crazy, fills my world with wonder and love, and drives me to do big things if only for her sake.
3. Mom - We don’t always see eye to eye, but there’s no one I’d rather have in my corner.
4. Dad - I’m 25 and Dad’s still the first person I call with anything big or wonderful or terrifying. He introduced me to fantasy, to reading and writing in general, and we’re sort of eerily alike.
5. James. My best friend who makes me smile when I don’t want to, saves me from terrible ideas, only makes fun of me a little bit for drunken shenanigans, and needs to hurry and get his ass out to Portland so I don’t have to be across the country from him forever. >:E
6. My friends in the CoE. I was going to list them out separately, but there weren’t enough spaces. I might be closer to some than others, but I pretty much love them all <3
7. The rest of my LJ friends. Every time I feel alone or forgotten, all I have to do is look at my f-list and realize that I’m totally ridiculous. You guys are fabulous and I adore you all.
8. My siblings. I’m one of 8 and I don’t get to see everyone very often, but there’s a lot to be said for family.
9. My in-laws. My sis-in-law Heather was my maid of honor for a reason, and I have a sneaking suspicion that Jess understands a lot of thing about me my own parents don’t.
10. Lynn who I am going to miss like crazy and better come out and visit >:EEEE
DAY 8: 10 of your favorite songs (I answer this with the caveat that these aren't always my favorite songs... Just what I came up with off the bat)

DAY 9: 10 ways to win your heart
1. Make me laugh
2. Take a minute to at least say hello whenever you can
3. Be able to hold an intelligent conversation
4. Understand that I have always and will always appreciate geeky fandom stuff and thoughtful handmade things more than expensive girly stuff.
5. Challenge me to make something better of myself. Sometimes I don’t have a whole lot of faith in myself.
6. Listen to me
7. Exercise some independence. Personalities that complement each other are attractive. People being overwhelmingly codependent? Not so much.
8. You know those weird random details no one else cares about? That lilies and blue roses are my favorite flowers. That I drink my coffee with some cream and pretty much all the splenda on the face of the planet. Remember that kind of stuff.
9. Don’t be offended or hurt by the fact that as much I am friendly and social, I spend an awful lot of time completely lost to whatever I’m writing.
10. Share something with me, a hobby, a fandom, a love of something.
DAY 10: Final 10 words
I’m not really sure what this means, so I enlisted the help of my best friend spanambula to come up with 10 things I say a lot, which is sort of more than 10 individual words but whatever.
