If you could leave it for now please, that would be great. I'm following pretty much what you had already (and so will be doing much copying and pasting!), but will need a new post eventually:

A) because I can't edit yours to add in links to completed fics
B) I made obvious adjustments to the character listings as was requested by members

Not sure how much more accessible I can make this group...it IS supposed to be a challenge! Not impossible, but still. XD

Let me know when you want me to delete and I will. I think you can actually delete any of my posts whenever as a mod, but I'm not sure. I actually had to come back and check to see if you'd replied because LJ didn't alert me!

I do thing you're right that I can delete posts as a maintainer of the group. I'm still working on this on my spare time. Things have been super crazy busy for me in RL and this keeps getting pushed to the back burner. I am away the next few weekends too, so hopefully I can get my shit together and get this ready to go

I have a question about the character challenge... I'm not really getting it...^^; Am I supposed to do that whole list or what? And what are the prompts that go with it? It's not really clear what you're supposed to do, unless I'm just extremely dense. XD

I'll be sure and make it super clear when I repost, but basically the challenge is to write 8 comedy fics using one or more of the characters from each group. So the character groups are the prompts themselves. Open word and free reign, just has to cover each group as you go (and obviously it is an optional challenge, but the banners will all fit together to make a nice pretty big banner, so hopefully you'll want to collect them all.

Yes, you can combine (so Inuyasha could appear in the same fic as Jak) but you will need to hit the 8 total touching each group as you go. Why did I just bunny myself to write a series of Jakostu sword fights filled with innuendo and flirting? XD

Oh wait, do you mean can you do a pic and a fic for each group? The more, the merrier! We'd love to see an illustrated fic. :D

Plot bunny Jak is getting ready to give birth here & I have one last question do I need to us all the characters in a particular group or can I use only what I need?

For example, Inuyahsa's group consists of him, Kagome, Miroku, Sango, & Shippou. (5 characters) Can I start with Inuyasha, & possibly bring in Kagome later on? Or do I need to use all 5?

And PBJ has one last question as well. ;p For the Modern Crew can I visit my modern AU? (which is where this kinda wants to be set?)

You just need to use one member of each group (as opposed to the original challenge that listed individual characters as each of the 8 prompts). So you are free to use whomever.

Modern AU is fine so long as Mrs. H or Hojo or someone else is involved.

You are not a pain. I promise to have a coherent, detailed post up sometime next week outlining it all for everyone. Your questions are all very good ones.
