When people say to cut portion sizes when you eat and be active you will loose weight damn if they didnt mean it. I have cut everything in half that I ate and within a month I had lost 7 pounds I use a damn teacup plate to measure my food and if I am still hungry I just drink tea to even it out.  You eat most of your big meals in breakfrest and lunch and just a handful of something for dinner and then I work out for an hour. :) Maybe I'll be back down to 120 by next summer!
