"The latest new teen musical from Village Theatre's KIDSTAGE Company is the most exciting yet! In the adventurous, bracingly honest spirit of In Your Eyes and High Tide at ThreeForks, this year's show is by, for, and about teens today, tackling some of the most important issues facing their lives, and telling a compelling story through drama and humor, song, and dance. Last Exit follows a group of students on a school trip to New York City, a trip far from the structures and strictures of school life... a trip that ultimately ends in tragedy. When the students gather a few days after returning, they search their memories of the trip for some signs of what was to come, some explanation; they come together both to come to terms with their own guilt and to try to save another of their number they fear might be headed down the same path."
(Last Exit may not be appropriate for children ages 13 and under. For more information, read our Family Guide.)
