I like tolerance.
I am not Conservative and I do not believe in what they have to say, but I will respect their rights to say it.
One thing I do not like, however, is when name-calling comes into play.
Instead of debating like mature adults would do, people always seem to feel the need to start bickering in the most childlike manner, calling each other "idiot" and "asshole".
If you don't like my opinions and I relay them to you, don't call me an "idiot".
I love the Conservatives that tell Liberals to "stop being idiots and pick up a book".
Wow.
Not only is it a proven fact that the more intelligent one is, generally the more liberal they become, but also the fact that their (aforementioned Conservatives) name-calling only proves their unmitigated ignorance.
I know, I know. You don't want to get into politics. But utter ignorance of the majority of this country really astounds me sometimes.
I'm not insulting you because I know none of you are über-Conservative. I just had to rant.
