Well, consider it the congratulations of someone who's also recently gotten some unexpected news about the (only potential, so far, in my case) survival of a sibling who'd been thought long since gone.
Eliza pauses, then sends a second PINmail to Grif, locked solely to Grif. PINpoints are wonderful devices.
The Red King is my great-grandfather,. Family reunions - especially the kind that involve family members who should've stayed dead - don't have happy endings. Not for the Harker family. Not ever. Family means you die forever, or else.
I don't want to see him, Grif. I don't want to die.
...Oh. Yeah, that, uh, puts a different spin on things. I mean, the worst I can expect from my sister showing up someday is that she's kind of a moron. (I love her dearly, but yeah.)
So, this is what, your brother's alive (had been thought killed? otherwise MIA?), and... He should've stayed dead? He thinks you should've stayed dead, given your family's whole vamp-hunting schtick and you yourself being one? I'm not entirely sure I've got enough context to get what you're trying to say. (For example, I have no idea who the Red King is, significance-wise.)
Anyway, for the time being, at least, I suppose there's the standard advice: Don't go anywhere that lacks for AVF, keep your PINpoint handy to bail out... use it and don't let yourself get into a fight. (You would not be the first friend I know who's been hunted by someone and then, when the two of them run into each other in the Sanctuary, promptly takes things down into the Arena for no good reason and with no realistic expectation of winning the fight.)

My brother's alive and ... and I'm not sure which one of us should've stayed dead, or if he ever died, and if he didn't and I did, then -
There's really only one answer to that, and I don't want to think about it.
I - if I see him I'm not sure I could run. And I can't just stay out of the Nexus completely.
Not right now, anyway.
The Red King is ... he thinks he's Dracula. Or Dracula's better half. Or ... he's insane and he thinks he's Dracula and he killed my father and forced me to kill my grandfather right before my eyes. That's the truth of it.
And I thought he'd killed my brother, but I guess ... I guess something else happened.

Aha. Okay.
Actually, I was suggesting that you stay in the Nexus, in the sections with the Anti-Violence Field, like the Sanctuary and such. Pre-program your PINpoint, make it so that, if you have to go somewhere else and run into him, it's a one-button op to bounce to safety.
.........Wow. That's... kind of messed up. Okay, I guess I see what you mean, now, by family reunions being bad times. Damn.

There's a reason I've never gone back, even if I probably could.
