In the photograph there is a girl. Smiling at her audience. Her dress is pink with white dots and has frills enfringing the seams. The dress looks too small for this infant. She has her hands set on her plump little legs. Her arms cannot reach much farther that her knees in this position. She sits up straight: her right leg bent up pressed against her left leg which is stretched out on the table she sits on. There is a doilee on the table with yellow ducks that were on her birthday cake. She has white frosting on her chin from her birthday cake which also looks as though it’s been fed to her dress as well. She has just turned one years old. This girls face captures the entire picture. She smiles with a grin that makes her cheeks ripen with redness and her eyes are piercing towards her spectators. She is posing for the camera and faced to her onlookers. I am luminous.
