I am back in training.

Ran a few times this week already.

Today:
Around 8.5 mile bike ride today. 30 minutes. Top Speed 24.9 mph.
My GPS unit had a hard time getting a signal lock so I lost part of the data.



200 crunches.

Cold swim for a few laps. It was too cold to stay in long.
