Phoenix Ave $154,900
Ready to move in. No frills. Large yard but not fenced.
Cashion Dr $154,900
Smaller. Newly finished basement with full bath is nice. Deck is nice. Yard is large and fenced. Secluded in back of Cross Creek subdivision.
Ah, Galen Ct $159,900
If I were single or retired, this would be my home. It was by far the most beautifully finished/decorated. The attention to detail was exquisite. Beautiful home just not for us.. yet. If you look closely, this was the exact floor plan of Phoenix Ave.
Calhoon Dr $154,900
This was a great home for someone with a growing family. I don't think ours will be growing anytime soon. Good decor in this one too. The pool table stays.. *sigh*.
Shady Oak Dr $156,900
This home looked like something out of a movie that I would never dream I would be able to have. Yeah, it's that good. No basement but when it's all said and done, it just didn't matter. I am the most excited about this one. Does it show?
Beacon Ct $159,900
This house was not taken care of. That, and it looked like a wallpaper store exploded inside. It sniffed like the two dogs that were caged in the kitchen. Many of the walls were lightly damaged.
Heritage Ln $155,000
Nostalgia reigned in this one. I thought the floor plan was very unique. It was a 4 level split I think and yes, Julie, it was very Brady Bunch. Heh. Crate was not as fond of the disjointed floor plan as I was.
Meadowhurst Way (Dublin) $152,900
This home just goes to show you how much more you can get for your money in Hilliard. Enough said. Although, I guess it was the cheapest one.
After we were done we went to gorge ourselves at the Asian Star Buffet then came home and took a nap from 5-8pm. This is why we are ALL still up. The Boy and I will be just fine but Daddy has to work at 9am tomorrow. He's currently vegging on the couch watching DVR'd Angel episodes in HD on his precious TV. Hehe.
