8 days till f.h!!! so heres my workout plan....
*eliptical-15 min.
*jog sprint jog walk-15 min.
*babsons-10 sec 25 yard sprints-25 sec. recovery x7-10?
*crunches/pushups- 4 reps of 25
*shoot around a bit
so there. thatll get me in shape in a week? yes-i think so. so ill skip the 21st-ill be at becker all day and its my fucking birthday! paarrrty.
18th- run w/ kk
19th-run at night w/vik maybe
20th-run in morning
21st-skip, becker clinic
22nd-run in morning
23rd-run in morning if i have time
24th-when at night
25th-day off to rest
26th-practice 8-11
