[Roland's just gonna stand here, smoke, and look really out of place, even for the musebox.]

[He's just going to move away with his free hand idling near his gun before producing tobacco from his pouch and offering it. Somebody who could sneak up on him probably isn't someone he should antagonize.]

Long days and pleasant nights, stranger.

[He doesn't even react to the gun, but continues to look oh so very amused. Yeah, messing with this guy probably isn't the best of ideas. He's not really a tobacco kind of guy...but he'll take it anyway. God knows what other things he's tried before.]

Why hello to you too~ Pardon the intrusion; you just looked so lonely over here all by yourself.

[He looks up at the word lonely, thinking of his old friends, before offering a quick response.]

Used to it.

[He also trusts this stranger about as far as he can throw him.]

[Ah, the loner type. He saw that coming. He simply laughs eerily at Roland's response, testing out that tobacco.]

I cannot say the same for myself. Ahh~ This is better than I expected. What type of tobacco, I wonder~ However, my company can't exactly respond to me most of the time, hee hee~

You are a necromancer, sai? Or a keeper of graves?

[He's dealt with sorcerers and has seen his fair share of gravetenders. And grave humor's a subject he recalls Cuthbert being well versed in.]

The tobacco is from Gilead. What I have is all that's left.

[Baaaaaaaaaaaaaw my everything is deaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad]

Cloooose~ I am an undertaker. Prettying up the dead is my job.

[Grave humor is the best kind of humor.]

Gilead? I haven't heard of it. My compliments to the makers, though~ [He chuckles.] Is that all?

The world has moved on. Little more than a legend to most people.

[Here have some more. It's a ~magical pouch~ anyways. No, seriously it is.]

Tell me Sai undertaker. I haven't seen a palace of this nature since the Great Hall of Gilead. Are these common to you?

[Yeah, he kinda picked up on the fact that you don't talk like him. ]

Ooh, legends are my favorite~

[You are awesome, Roland. And yeah, let's hope that Roland doesn't talk like a freakin' creeper.

He taps his chin.] You could say that. I've seen my fair share of mansions. And I've seen my fair share of slums. Wherever my job takes me~

I would enjoy hearing tales of your adventures, sai undertaker. I could tell you of Gilead if you like. As it was.

Oho, how flattering~ Well, I don't have many interesting tales to tell...

Roland's a ~story junkie~ worldhasmovedon May 14 2010, 02:01:41 UTC
Please, sai.

So is Undertaker, but his idea of a good story is...um. countingcoffins May 14 2010, 04:11:35 UTC
[He just laughs.] Oh, if you insist.

Have you ever heard of Jack the Ripper? He was a famous serial killer who murdered many prostitutes, slicing their necks and cutting their stomachs open, in some cases, removing organs. I happened to do some work on said victims. I also helped a young Earl investigate the murders. Quiiiite an interesting time~

Was the murder caught, sai Undertaker?

[The word serial killer is meaningless to him, but he gets the gist of it]

Yes, he was! It's a shame though, the victims were such a challenge to prepare, mutilated and all~
