(no subject)
Symphony orientation today.
We're playing Brahms Symphony no.2 and "Jupiter" from the Planets. With the exception of that one little last audition passage, I think these are probably easiest music I've ever played in YS. (So, can we play another piece, maybe Sheherazade? haha, probably not) Also, there are only 16 people in our section, which was a bit odd. Oh, and Repertory is playing Barber of Seville.
U.S. Open starts next week, but unfortunately, I will probably have to miss most of it because school/college/violin are going to take serious amount of time. I hope this will be an enjoyeable last year for me. (and also that I won't move back =) )
