Well its official
Sunday I officially graduated with my B.A. in English (and a minor in music performance!)
In other equally important news, Crossing Jordan is being cancelled!! :-( Boo! I thought the show was doing pretty well, despite what everyone was saying. It seemed to have stayed on track, as far as not falling into crazy ripped-from-the-headlines hopelessly obscure plotlines and losing its ensemble feel (like some other shows that will rename nameless, but its initials are SVU). On the plus side, maybe the series will FINALLY come out on DVD. And Jill Hennessy will go do something else I can watch obsessively.
In other strange TV news, all 3 Law and Order series got renewed for next year (SVU was a shoo-in, but Criminal Intent and the mothership were not.)
BUT
All new episodes of CI will be shown on USA first, and then repeated on NBC-- the reverse of what happens this year. Personally this makes absolutely no sense to me, but I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. More Kathryn Erbe next year? I'll take it, wherever it is. I'm glad I'm living on campus with the uber cable next year :-)
