Yes. It seems generally uncharacteristic of most of the inhabitants.

It's personal opinion, of course. Though, I feel fortunate enough to be exempt from the current wave of events.

How sure are you? We don't know how long this wave would last.

It seems that a large percentage of the population was affected at once. Though it's possible for a second wave, it's less likely, and if so I doubt it will be as server. Based on the current result, it's more likely that there are many still affected that have not made it known yet, that is all.

As for how long it will last, I have no clue. I've not been here long enough to give a proper estimate.

It's not causing much of a problem. People seem to be getting along. Perhaps it's a good thing.

If it's a good thing, that would be all the more reason for the 'Gods' to shorten the period its enacted.
